Dec. 30, 2009). Insurance carrier permitted to deny coverage to insured on homeowner’s policy when allegation is that homeowner supplied alcohol to teen who became intoxicated and died in motor vehicle collision. Homeowner/policyholder had pled guilty to misdemeanor, thereby triggering policy’s exclusion for criminal acts.
